STORY

  • さえらで染めに使用するレースは、最初は真っ白です。この後レースに色を入れていく【 筆染め 】を行なっていきます。
  • 適切な室温・湿度で管理された室内で染料を調合して、当社の筆染め職人が一つ一つ丁寧に筆で染めていきます。レースを筆で染める事によって、暖かみがあるグラデーションに染めることができます。
  • 染めたレースを半日乾かした後にデザイナーと色合いの確認をとります。
    デザイナーが求める色合いに近づくまで何度も染め直す事も多々あります。
  • 色彩基準を満たしたレースは、その後さえらの縫製工場に送られます。
    そこで熟練された技術を持つ縫製士達が、一つ一つ丁寧に手で縫い付けていきます。
